It is Thursday night now and I think this was the pricing/closing time of the secondary offering. If anybody has any info on that one I would love to read it. I hope this does not put a strain on the stock tomorrow. Also, I have a feeling that IOMG might have some kind of announcement on the day of or after the closing of the offering.

Now, a timed announcement before the closing is hard to imagine - might anger the SEC. But a major announcement after the closing sounds more realistic and more IOMG style in terms of rewarding its shareholders, especially the newest ones.

Again, this is just a speculation!!!!

It is not a speculation, however, that the biggest PC vendor to the US Government at this point - Dell Computer - is about to start marketing and offering IOMG's products to uncle Sam about this time (beginning of June). This should have a very positive impact on our earnings. Forget about the number of drives sold. Think about the high margin discs and tapes this behemoth needs!!!!!!!!!!
