One study doesn't really make for "the debate is over". Esp. since the debate isn't mostly about "is second hand smoke unhealthy", but rather "how unhealthy is it", or "what should be done about the fact that it is unhealthy". The last is an inherently political question, it can be resolved by the results of a study or a thousand studies.
