I love Tahoe, but this kind of thing is out of control. It's what started the whole mess in the 2020 election, IMO. Outside influencers running things from afar with no concept of local needs. It is really the problem of the local folks, who evidently do not wish to get involved? I heard through the grapevine that the Bolt Creek Fire was started due to a car fire. I haven't seen anything about that on the news and fire sites. So far only one shed was damaged. Amazing for a 10,000 acre fire. And I sure did my fair share of getting involved over the years, and it's certainly not easy.
