I frankly am inclined to agree with your strategy. Look to ACEC which is in the same sector, and see what it has done lately. ACEC seems to precede WTT a little, so once again this lends support to your idea.

I'll be on it, I'm also already on ACEC. This is not a pitch for any stock, simply a vote of confidence on what you are saying. Best of trading to all :o)
