i have not had a chance to look at Costco yet. a lot of companies (especially ones that operate a lot in CA) are complaining of this issue -- workers comp in CA is just a MESS right now (premiums are FLYING) -- i don't know the specifics but it has something to do with the CA gov't getting into the business, losing their asses, and then exiting.

in my opinion TOY will go the way of KMart.
