MSN is already deficient relative to most local ISPs. It takes on the order of 4 or 5 minutes to plow through their fluff before you can get to the net itself. I was with them briefly, then switched to a local (EROLS). Now I'm connected in about 20 sec. Plus they charge by the hour instead of a flat rate. I don't believe they are clued in to what people want. They want to control content. G.W. Thank you for the information. I knew very little about them. I use only local ISPs. Glenn
