Hi Steve! I take it to be positive if it was under and now over. I'm confused with the wording when combined with "weight". For years now I've thought the telecom market in Brazil has been discounted. I don't see many figures for those waiting for phones like you used to post. It's such a cut throat industry here in the states. I guess I always thought it should be different there since there is an interest in just trying to make it at least a phone line or connection to all. We are so spoiled with even our kids wanting separate lines and numbers and others through out the world are still waiting. I will probably be the last to own a cell phone if it's not already the case. ART
