The all time best confidentiality agreement was Goldfields which basically said that if your property was any good it was because they made it better and you should thank them but not expect any other consideration and if you tell anybody about the headframe they put up they would take it back down to teach you a lesson.

After 5 letters and about 10 phone calls asking why I hadn't returned their precious confidentiaity agreement (which is/was longer than most agreements I have), I said I couldn't read and could they please explain it to me. No one could, and that was the end of it.
