Hey, lay off the boldface, stop screaming. What are you worried about?

Fine. And when exactly are annual reports required of Nevada corporations? Nine months is a LOONNNNG time to go without modifying your incorporation records. Especially when you take the trouble to register the name change.

Well, Janice, since it is an ANNUAL Report I guess every 12 months? Get a grip...

annual (…n'y-el) adjective
Abbr. ann.
1. Recurring, done, or performed every year; yearly: an annual trip to Paris.
2. Of, relating to, or determined by a year: an annual income.
3. Botany. Living or growing for only one year or season.
