What first got me interested in the stock, about 2-3 yrs ago, was their excellent advertising -- they compared their filers to Fender Stratocaster guitars (!). Something like "Once in a long while, a classic comes along." Anyone remember those ads? (DS probably does.) Thought the ads were nice, the boxes looked cool, and the premise of a storage appliance was excellent... and that's how I wound up here on the NTAP thread. :-)
