Whatever...I prefer to discuss one thing at a time. I was discussing your comments that it WAS a question of consensus of minority parties. If you remember, you had said, and I had responded to:

"the majorities rule with the consensus of the minorities""

"However, the small parties usually form a consensus in favor of the rights and the position of these small parties within the whole system."

Usually is not always. And is there some legal impediment to coalition--("even if they might disagree")??
