There were only 2 people who called last years Naz crash in a timely manner. One was Bob Brinker, who called it AFTER our own SI member, Rande Is. Rande had all his followers out and into REITS a month before the big downturn.
Actually, his timing has been pretty awesome.

Here is what Rande posted this past week:
Still hoping for techs to head quickly toward double bottom. . .so we can get this overwith and move on to an unuusually strong summer rally in June/July before resting for a few months. But first we have to take our medicine, IMO.

Will he be correct again?
Only time will tell, but I surely would rule it out, because Rande is a true contriarian.
The resounding bearishness I am reading makes me wonder, hmmmmm
