I am certain.......this is a repeat of a previous filing and the language needed to be changed a bit........you can call the company and confirm this......vrtl has already received the proceeds when the original sale took place........that is why they do not get any money if this stock was sold......sierra ventures is Jeff Drazen.....he sits on the board and is the largest vertel shareholder.....from what I have been told he is not selling any shares......the other is dawson samburg and they are long term investors, they are not selling at this point and would be very surprised if they dont add to their original position within the next year.......but you can call the company and ask them about the details on this transaction and the reason for the amended filing......
