A stock split will have absolutely no impact on the shabby financial position of the company. If anything, the only thing the reverse stock split will do is to create a psychological impression that the $2 stock price means it isn't as speculative as a $0.50 stock. In fact, this might happen, but only in the minds of uneducated investors. This rumour or possibility isn't going to be what's going to help this company. Add me to the list of shareholders baffled at the president's salary.
