Harvey, as an amusing historical note, I recall some Bill Gates apologist and front man for one of those pseudo-grass-roots pro Microsoft organizations calling Anne Bingaman a "legal pit bull". Because of that toothless consent decree, that Bill laughed at from the day it was announced, held to be totally meaningless by the DC appeals panel on grounds of the "ham sandwich defense". The bozo couldn't even get her job straight, putting her in the FTC.

If Bingaman was a legal pit bull, Jaws is probably too mild mannered for Bois. The music makes up for it, though. I imagine the rest of the "relatively junior executives" on tap will be hearing that tune in their heads for a while.

Cheers, Dan.
