Is NOVL the only tech stock under legal action that you can think of???

How about CS, COMS, ASND, SGI, IFMX, IOM, SYBS, INTC, MSFT.....the list goes on, and on, and on. Just curious if you think that NOVL's case has more merit and risk, as an investment decision, than those I have listed above.
