(“FSCO”), a leading Saudi-based manufacturer and distributor of air filtration products, to manufacture and distribute ZenGUARD™ Enhanced Air Filters across the Gulf Cooperation Council (“GCC”) region.
Whatever we had in April, it certainly wasn't a sales and distribution agreement.
Five months and no sales in a non/less-regulated market.
But we are actively collaborating.
Whole lot of collaboration going on......
(Anyone with any commercial experience will know that you sort our all the details of a 'collaboration' before anyone signs anything, then when the ink is still wet you immediately start making stuff, selling it, sending invoices, receiving revenues, and then the parties immediately start a mutually profitable journey.)
I see no evidence of a business development going on here, despite the sticky lollipop words and wonder what percentage of this 'collaboration' is just jabbering away at each other over the Zoom.
No media shipped. No sales. No revenues. Just.....Lots of collaboration.
I call BS, until someone starts telling the truth.
The market doesn't see anything commercial happening, either.
