You ask:
1. Has NOYR ever been listed?

I don't know; I bought into the stock in March or April and then, as now, was an OTCBB stock. At present, it is working on its SEC filings to become fully reporting, so I assume it hasn't. I think it is a relatively new co.

2. Are those prices before or after the split?

Reverse split effective May 3, 1999. Price of 4 on May 4, you stated, so...(cont.)
