Balloon Boy's mommy and daddy are in BIG trouble.

Larimer County Sheriff announces several probable misdemeanor and felony charges to be filed. He says there is no doubt in their mind this incident was a "planned event" that was related to the family's attempt to get nationwide attention and a possible reality TV show.

Sheriff: "On the bizarre meter, this rates a 10."
