And the WTC did not have a place to stand outside on the top unless I am mistaken. If they did, it surely would extended like a fence for at least 9 feet up or so, similar to the Empire State Building. The winds at 110 stories could easily blow someone over the fence behind the guy in the photo.

VERY sick sense of humor, for lack of a better word.
