Ahem. For someone who "feels" they can judge other peoples reading comprehension abilities, you may want to take a few Evelyn Wood courses yourself.

The Associated Pravda report, which by the way is no friend to any conservatives, makes it clear that Senator Frist did not complete the renewal form. One of his staff completed the form.

It makes it clear that the CPE requirement had changed since the last time Frist renewed his license.

It made it clear that the person completing the form for Senator Frist was unaware of the new requirements.

It makes it clear that the Dept. of Health noted this mistake was not all that uncommon due to the recent changes (particularly for someone who was no longer practicing but wanted to keep the license active).

However, since a violation occurred, Senator Frist is personally responsible & like every other person who makes this same faux pas, there are consequences & Senator Frist was not going to receive any special treatment.

How you managed to take what by all appearances is a minor faux pas & turn it into the 2nd coming of the Carter Administration is beyond my ability to comprehend reality.
