THC, Well stated. Though I do find the highly populated cities argument and civilian targets in general to be odd. People are people. If those who wear uniforms are legitimate targets, then why not those who pay their salaries? One of the reason we have so many chicken hawks around is the feeling that they are safe. Yeah, the boys in olive drab are in harm's way, but the NoGos are free from attack here at home.

Bob Novak, with whom I rarely agreed, stated it best, "war is not playing beanbag." Neither the Bush Administration nor Saddam are aware of that fact. Yet.
