since when did you decide the judicial branch should be making laws and not the legislative branch as outlined in the constitution? It is what it always has been. That definitely clarifies further why you are a liberal... If that's because I believe in the Constitution and understand the role it prescribes for the nation's judiciary, then yes, I am a liberal! And proud of it!
