Armin; it means that between the two time points at the then present vol enough BUYING took place to wipe out our defecit. ( the 10 min OBV ticker tells the story of wether the transactions between the time points was buying or selling) If you have never tried this technique, bring your real time ticker over to Quote dot com, log a real time Price vol qoute on a sheet, and then watch Quote dot com as it is delayed data. Doing this allows you to see that there is a disconnect between whats really happening and the actual prices being offered. Todays data tell a real profound story. Net BUYing almost all day yet prices falling. Dont take my word for it do it yourself, your measuring the truth of the tape. Price Excluded, because they can Make the price fit whatever agendas at work.
