You say:
"You must not have read very many prospectuses in your time. They always give worst case scenarios to protect themselves against law suits. If you read the disclaimers in ANY prospectus and take them literally, you would never invest in any company. Your interpretation of IOMG's prospectus is amateurish at best and intentionally misleading at worse".

I don't know where you got YOUR legal training, perhaps Spinmeister U ? Any sophisticated investor knows that sanctions, legal or administrative, are used to compel UNALLOYED TRUTH at the time the statement is made. In such cases, truth is an absolute defense. That may be a concept alien to you but it is simple in execution.

Of course that eliminates hype from the equation, which is so much part of the recent Iomega story and underpins so much of its market capitalization.

So now I quote you on you and other Iomega spinmeisters:
"Your interpretation of IOMG's prospectus is amateurish at best and intentionally misleading at worse".

Regards
