Ultimately, their driving behavior results in slower traffic even if they don't cause an accident.

I'm in the Seattle/Olympia area now and have learned some of the back roads. I've learned to avoid rush hour too.

Even the pedestrians are rude here. The last time I was here I crossed an intersection on a green light and couldn't pull up far enough to get out of the pedestrian lane on the other side because the traffic ahead was so jammed. Some scroungy monkey crossed, banged on my fender and told me to "get out of the crossing, ahole." Believe me, I would have if I could have.
