Thread: Here's a rundown on AIMH claims and outcomes to date (relevant press releases from AIMH homepage in parentheses): OEM manufacturers: Oshkosh Trucks and Freightliner Trucks - see PR of 25 Feb 1998 and 7 April 1998 respectively. "two major OEM manufacturers have now targeted production vehicles for the COAST(TM) computer controlled suspension system." (3 June 1998) STATUS - Unknown Production: "today..it plans to commence..manfacturing" (25 Feb 1998);sheduled to start late 1998 for aftermarket applications (25 Feb 1998, 10 march 1998), first full year 1999 (12 May 1998). STATUS - NO known production to date Sales: 35 million in 1999 (12 May 1998, 3 June 1998) STATUS - NO known sales to date Financial Reporting of operations: "preparing" for this 25 Feb 1998 - STATUS - NO financial reporting to date I believe the company should give us an update on the above including - current sales if any - current production, if none than date of anticipated production - number of outstanding shares and float - current goals for 1999 as well as justification Please copy this letter, sign it and fax it to AimRite 619.259.7308 Also, I am suspicious of the large volume of shares traded daily on a float of only 1 million shares. I suspect there are a lot more shares than that out there. I would like to form a 'shareholders club' since we are getting stonewalled by the company.
