How do you calculate book value? I know it invloves many factors. CHRB has (as of Sept.) 9.7 million in cash. That is 0.17/ share using the 57.8 million shares (pre-split). They list their assets as 105 million and their liabilities as 68 million. A difference of 37 million/57.8= 0.64 a share. BTW, I receved a response from the CFO. Not much info: Mr. Bommarito Thanks for your email. I refer to your questions. There will be shortly an announcement regarding the status of the conversion of the convertible shares and the numbers will be reported therein. Regarding the proxy statements, we were advised by our transfer agent and lawyer that proxy stataements and ballots are properly sent to all shareholders recorded on the shareholders' list. You are 100% correct that each shareholder should be entitled to receive such proxy and has the right of voting. Could you please kindly advise us your full name and address recorded on the shareholders' list so that I can immediately advise the transfer agent and lawyer to follow up on why you not receiving the document and see if any ratification procedure required.
