EU has been "dealing" with "media" ever since EU started, but not even C-SPAN
follows that very closely. UK has their problems, BBC vs Murdoch and not yet
converged on these issues to the EU constitutional demands on "an informed people",
just to pick one issue mentioned by the first roaster in above link.

NPC is another good link, was better before when they were more "accessible" on
the internet, the above link gives some insight into that too, maybe something to start from.
