Ramsey, after reading the article's assumptions I was tempted not
to read the rest, because they are mostly optimistic. I credit the
authors for stating them, though.

When Mr Morgan tells the public that his company has surveyed
customers, it is probably shorthand. I must believe that such
a large company has economists and other prognosticators whose
research goes way beyond discussions with customers.
