For anyone doing DD:
This response below is from Company HQ - anyone doing DD could inquire as to what they think those presently traded shares of XSNI are a part of if the "shares are not the result of an IPO by X-Stream and company is not considered a public reporting company."
What are the amounts of shares held by previous and/or present company execs and others that held previously worthless firecrest/mega com stock have been sold into this XSNI (ie dumped). Could be nominal could be nothing - but knowing would provide you with another clue of intent :) [clue-call TA for synopsis; or if you have a local broker, call him up and ask him/her to do an analysis over the past 2 months for sells/buys etc.] Something I would do if I were doing DD, but I am not.
Or the statement may mean that XSNI is no part of Xstream the Company Parental - and the company parental is the privately held company, not being the IPO. [I am beginning to sound just like them :), maybe they could hire me, quick study material :)]
Either these guys are cluless after 30 years experience, or these guys are ridin the wave. I think they surf :) But what do I know, I am just a small time investor with stupid questions that got me in trouble with an attorney for asking stupid questions, like "Why didn't Lehman's know anything about this mr. so and so? Isn't this what that Feb 1999 statement says to shareholders?"
What and who are those large block purchasers that purchased XSNI at the 5 - 6 dollar range - what have they decided they are holding and how did they reach their conclusion?
Do you now know what the company thinks you are holding? What did that Feb 1999 statement say? Tommy can you hear me....
