According to Cube's 10-K, Noland only made $62k in salary, last year. I believe this was from when the merger occurred
(merger, yes Divi employees, we know that you add a lot to Cube, it's a greater partnership, not a buy out. My wife hates to be told that her Comany was "bought" by another company.)
He can't afford to make mortgage payments on that salary. He deserves to cash in a few shares to make his family comfortable.

Cube's management has chosen to take low salaries, and stock options. I'd say that's a good sign.

BTW: When you buy a home, you are planning on staying in an area for quite a while. No FutureTel-2 from Noland.
