Given the high percentage of CMTO's sales to Europe and the continuing weakness of the euro its inevitable that this will dramatically effect CMTO's net margins.

I think that the fundamental reason that CMTO has been so beaten up is because its not easy to understand what the scenario is that will make this company profitable. Money losing company's are pretty out of favor, especially when they can't really predict when they will start to earn $$.
