Jim, I virtually always know if I have an allocation or not long before either Allocation Alerts or DJs arrive. As soon as people start reporting shares in Open Orders and/or Trading History, allocations are finished within just a few minutes. If you have the order showing in Trading History, you get the shares. If you don't, you don't. No need whatsoever to wait for alerts of either flavor in my experience. Chop dollarstation.com
