The conversion price is $0.70/shr & interest is at the rate of 10%/yr. It said it could sell another $4M of similar debentures.<g> The stock has been trading around 0.6xBV & the insiders hold > 20%. The short ratio came down 40% & is < 0.5x its ADV PARS has a PIIb of Dextofisopam for the treatment of IBS.Its core technology focuses on development of synthetic cannabinoid compounds. Its Cannabinor is a CB2-selective receptor agonist candidate undergoing PIIa for pain. It has some other compounds targeting pain, MS,RA & IBD.
