It will never hit 35 ,, even though the take out is at 35 ,, on take outs stock will always sit at 2 - 3 points below,,until the board of both parties approve,, now ,CNBC David Favre ,,just made a comment that it's highest than DIGI 52 week high blah blah ,, and ALC share holders may be not happy blah blah and ALC trading down blah blah,, I am not going to take any chances,, will relish with open sell..
