good one, Uri - I bet there are more things out there, too. In the general scheme of things sweetheart deals or terms are to be suspect - 9% is awfully cheap for any company so you have to look at the reasons for the payoff in terms of stock at DOUBLE the current market price. I would guess that a number is going to be done on that stock, whatever the company is or does or how it does it, and a real gambler could put a few bucks into it just to see what happens to it. Since I'm not a gambler...nor do I recommend that anyone do that. Dee Jay
