ROFLMAO!!! This is getting GOOD!! Let's see if I can keep score:

1) David Sosiak claims that my name is actually "John Lumbard" and there's a platoon of SEC and TAVA attorneys after me.

2) David Sosiak also claims to be a "BJNflicks" on the Yahoo thread - an LA movie producer. Mr. movies makes nearly daily predictions that TAVA is going up...alas the reality is 180 degrees in the other direction.

3) You now claim that I invented David Sosiak in order to - and this made me roar with laughter - "elicit sympathy".

Don't be too hard on Mr. Sosiak. I think he is doing a marvelous job of representing the long opinion on this thread!!!
