Knowing what I know now, if I lived in your area, I would figure out which hospital I wanted to be treated at if needed and talk to their rep. Figure out if they have a group of Doctors there who refer to each other and who was the lead PCP for that group.

Don't know if it would work, but it's worth a try to get set up ahead of time with people you trust.

I might start with the Scan group at the hospital. We all need to get scanned as we get older. Heart and body.
