Doug,

It's 6 fabs not 1. i.e. 1 200mm Fab and 5 * 300mm over the next decade. On average that's $1.85B annually. From the wording, it appears that the 18.5B may include more than just the CapEx to build and equip the fabs.

In any case, a state of the art Fab is now close to $2B. It's conceivable that 10 years out, leading edge Fabs could cost more than $4B to complete. An average of $3B is not out of line, IMO.
