If Hillary can have Sandy Burgler around her campaign, the press should just ignore Guiliani....Kerik will pay the penalty if he did any lawbreaking....but it will be mild compared to Berger's transgressions.

Last time I looked, the Dems still have Jefferson "Freezer Burn Cold Cash" in Congress....and that's just for starters.

Berger not only stole from the National Archives and the US CITIZENS of important papers, but he cut them up in tiny little pieces with his sissors as well.

And Jim Dwyer is a complete jerk! IMHO of course. His musings speak for themselves.

At the defendant’s table, Bernard B. Kerik cocked his head toward the left side of the courtroom, waiting for a door to open.

Mr. Kerik has had one major role in the life of modern America: On behalf of President Bush, he used grief for the innocent dead of Sept. 11 as a justification for invading Iraq — a country whose people, and leaders, were innocent of involvement in the attacks.

Yesterday, he was in federal court in White Plains, accused of lying on government paperwork about a baby sitter and cheating on his taxes.
