Hawaii banned smoking in public buildings last year. "International Marketplace," the Waikiki shopping center, expanded that to the whole center, inside and out. Can't even smoke on the sidewalk.

My Way News - Congress Aims to Put Out Cigarettes

"WASHINGTON (AP) - Congress is taking new whacks at the cigarette industry, banning tobacco sales in Senate buildings and - more importantly - seeking a significant federal tax increase on cigarettes."

You know, I wish everybody in the U.S. would just quit smoking. Not for health reasons, or for air pollution reasons, or any of the other goo-goo excuses. I'd just like to see these political hypocrites fall on their fat asses as long-suffering American smokers jerk the rug out from their legal extortions. Let them tax the bleeding middle class if they want to fund their boondoggles.
