K., I have not gotten used to this management style (silence) at all. Witness the 'press release' recently that never made it to the press! I did notice the following post on the Ampex web site; perhaps when they fill this position, we'll get a little more visibility out of them. (Does anyone know the outside PR firm they refer to?) There are also posted a number of senior engineering positions that indicate a high level of work on KM. This would seem to call for more patience, but I know that many of you have run out.
