I don't have access to the story, and I am telling you as a friend and someone that has owned and watched this stock for almost seven years on a daily basis: THE TRIAL IS IRRELEVANT. Wait for confirmation if you must, but in my opinion the trial will not effect MSFT's share price negatively. It can only provide an upward push if there is a settlement, otherwise news is the main driver in this stock going forward. Make your own decision... Teflon
