Mr. Jackson will undoubtedly be delighted to know he's still regarded so highly by the Company. If the circumstances Mr. Jackson posted in his entry of March 4 are still extant, the Company would seem to be stretching the limits of credulity a bit with their allusions in this latest Press Release, limits which may even be tortious and actionable from the perspective of a shareholder. Interesting that they made no mention of any lawsuit between them and Mr. Jackson; such an occurrence would seem to qualify as a "material event" and therefore demand disclosure.
