While all the companies you mention are big players on the net, the only full competitor mentioned by name on p. 45 of the broadcast.com's prospectus is the RealNetwork/MCI joint-venture. RNWK is also noted on p. 43 as a Key Internet Company with which they have an agreement for placement of a link on BCST's drop-down menu for Real Player. Gratuitously, it mentions therein that Real Network's streaming products have been downloaded more than 43 million times. Maybe you can view RNWK as a portal to look at BCST's product.
If BCST is worth 63 or $1 billion, RNWK with a $1.2 billion market cap and 4 times its sales, could have a relative value well in excess of $100.
