G.Moore: Here is the reference. Unfortunately it is hearsay. Shows the danger of relying on memory - particularly mine. Since there is no indication the article will hit the streets tomorrow - in fact the reverse - my whole point re the Q's price movement is off the mark. Ah well, win a few. lose a few.

I do not read Barrons - tho in my uneducated days re stocks I did. Sadly I have no idea what article Cosmo Daisey is referring to:

Equally laughable was the recent article in Barons that said the US should adopt the European standard GSM.
