The market did not seem to see the news of the actual sale
as a positive. I believe it is. It means Microdyne will profit
from the sale of assets which may have just been written off.
It could help company coffers and add cash.

The market thinks it is the end of Microdyne. It just doesn't
realize the rest of the company can now finally shine through
the black fog of the last year.

Well - earnings in a few weeks...
