A corporate attorney friend, familiar with situations such as WAVOs, has told me that a lible suit again CNBC/Cramer would not be of success unless Cramer attempted to manipulate (personally, I don't feel comfortable saying he did, so I won't state my opinion on the matter, knowing the severity of mainpulation) the stock price. Being that he has stated that he is not short shares, assuming its true, the NASD/SEC will probably do nothing...even considering he admitedly "attempted" to short sell the day before. He may have been unethical as sh*t, but nothing illegal was apparently done.

I also believe that he (Cramer) doesn't have the decency or cahones (sp) to admit on a public forum, such as CNBC, that he didn't understand WAVOs business and may have jumped to a conclsuion regarding its product to quickly; even if he were to hold true to his original position that the stock was overvalued at $16.00.
