REGARDING BEAR MARKETS-HEY WE HAVE BEEN IN A BEAR MARKET FOR THE LAST THREE-SIX MONTHS WITH THE AVERAGE INDIVIDUAL stock is down 45%from its high this year-small caps are getting killed and the semi are down significantly from it high-regarding tsemf-brian i have done well with tsemf in the past trades with the rest of the semi's. i really like mainly not because its 5.75 with 6.28in net cash and a 12.22 book value thats will remain cash flow neutral for the year-THAt SHOULD SAY ENOUGH-BUT THEY ARE A Fab company- meaning they have produced specialty chips for clients-mot, nsm-good business ,low margins-last year they earn around 20mill or 1.35. the key is about a year ago they started developing proprietary technology with high margins -ie flash technology-which i don't go into detail but i believe is better than anything out their with margins that are doubled their current business. so if i'm wrong you have a good fab business with eps upside over 1doller thats loaded with cash and trading half book or if i'm right about their new flash technology this thing flies. also. wall street has been dead wrong on the street and in 1997 tsemf beat estimates by 100%. its small cap but its a pet project.
